Jim has worked in every level within the leisure and hospitality sector. His experience in building successful teams is renowned throughout the holiday park sector, so there is nobody more qualified to advise on team recruitment and retention. What makes Jim unique is that he’s been in your shoes, and he knows how challenging it can be building teams.

In his spare time, Jim loves keeping fit and taking on challenging events. He’s ran the 22-mile Snowdon race ‘Man Vs Mountain’ many times, along with various other marathons around the world. When he isn’t training, he’s spending time with his wife and three children at their home in Cambridge.

Alex has an extensive recruitment background. Most of Alex’s recruitment experience is within Holiday Parks where he focuses solely on hiring the best people for holiday parks of all sizes across the UK. Alex is always looking to help businesses and people within the leisure industry find a perfect match.

Alex offers a friendly approach to recruitment and enjoys relationship building and expanding his network. He has a solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle and ensures the recruitment process runs as smoothly and as stress free as possible for everyone involved.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys watching football, carp fishing, and spending time with his wife, two young boys and Labrador.

With years of experience in leisure and hospitality, Tracey has spent the last 8 years specialising in sourcing administration and marketing roles. Keeping all the cogs moving, Tracey is always in the background ensuring the team and clients are supported in every way possible.

Tracey’s other full time job is looking after her family, with three active teenagers there is never a shortage of sports and events to attend. Tracey is an avid horse rider and whenever possible she will be at the stables or out on a hack in the Cambridgeshire countryside.
