We are currently recruiting a Junior Sales Executive for a leading holiday park operator based in Northern Ireland. The Junior Sales Executive will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits and bonus.
  
As a junior sales executive, you are at the centre of this journey, helping families find their dream holiday home and create unforgettable memories. In this role you’ll receive product training and ongoing support from the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Managing both new and existing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities.
  • To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling
  • Setting up appointments and viewings of holiday homes with potential customers for new business
  • Representing at trade exhibitions, events and other related promotional activity
  • Set up holiday homes for potential customers, as well as snagging holiday homes in preparation for handover, post-sale.
  • Preparation of handover packs for new customers alongside updating customers throughout sales journey from purchase of holiday home to the holiday home being sited and key handover information.
  • Administrating post-sale surveys and customer feedback.
  • Assisting the administration of aftersales and warranty requests.
  • Prepare and develop appropriate sales and marketing literature- both offline and online for the Park's products/services
  • Collaborate with wider sales team to achieve better results
  • To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organisational trust.  
Preferred Experience:
  • A full driving licence
  • IT and computer literate
  • Social media proficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • GCSE in English and Maths- at least ‘C’ grade
Salary: £25,500 - £26,500 + Bonus
